I just found this thread - where has it been hiding?!
I LOVE fried breaded okra! But not slimy okra in other dishes - ick!
And I like breaded fried tomatoes and breaded fried egg plant and breaded fried mushrooms, and breaded fried onions and probably breaded fried anything.
