What a sweet baby face. You can almost hear his giggle in the last picture.
My daughter had that eye surgery done when she was 14 months old. Then she was given prescription glasses which corrected her vision to what a 14 month old's vision is...in hopes her brain would help her sight develop naturally. Her eyesight improved a great deal (she's 15 now), but never enough to eliminate wearing corrective lenses.
Wishing the best for Mikey and his surgery. I think it was much harder on me and my husband than my daughter.
