Hopefully you can find a better kennel in your area.Letting a dog out twice a day is totally unacceptable.I am amazed they are even licensed.The kennel
Bunny goes to when I am away is like a luxury hotel.They have structured
playtimes etc.Best of luck in finding a more appropriate solution.
