I have 8...they're half and half...meaning I paid under $1000 for 4 of them and over $1000 for the other 4. The funny thing is that the 4 girls I breed were the ones that were under $1000. My 2 boys and the 2 girls that are spayed (or getting spayed) because they're too small were over $1000.
Go figure!
But anyways...I just think it really depends on the breeder and the quality of the dogs. Not saying that any of mine are any less quality than the others...I really think they're all similar in quality, otherwise I wouldn't be breeding them (and the 2 girls spayed or getting spayed are babies of 2 of the girls I breed).
