People are upset because your husband neglected the dogs, and that is a form of abuse. This poor dog was suffering and nothing was being done, that is why people are upset. This is a forum of yorkie-lovers, and yorkies are animals, so many on here love all dogs and other animals. It's no different then someone saying "my husband beats his dog and I sit back and watch". The poor dog was suffering! Please just understand as to why people got upset, animal abuse is a bad subject and people are going to get upset about it.
Rather your "obsessed" with your animals or not, you took on a responsibilty to care for them when you got them, taking a sick dog to the vet is what ANY responsible pet owner would do!
