I give 5 days for a vet appointment to make sure they are satisfied with the health of the puppy. 10 day guarantee on infectious disease (they can either return the pup for a full refund or we pay ALL VET COSTS to treat the infectious disease) and we also give a 1 year on all hereditary defects or either full refund OR pick of the next litter (their choice and puppy can be worth less equal or greater). In any case we pay all vet bills. (so if the puppy where to have a shunt we would pay for the surgery AND refund the money. The owner can keep the puppy if he/she wants even after refund.

Although we have never had a shunt case YET.

Lifetime return if they can't care for the dog.
