I can't believe what I'm reading .....Just because you are a stay at home mom means you loose all your rights?? Your opinion??? Well..I'll not say anything more....For the sake of the dog..take it to the vet...no matter who's dog it is...If you say a dog on the side of the road suffering wouldn't you help it???
