wow, hope you are okay. If she got the ticket, her insurance will most likely pay for everything. Some people try to do to many things at the same time...drive, talk on the phone, etc....I'm glad she got a ticket, doesn't sound like she was driving responsibly, now your car and your body have problems. Accidents do happen, but it really sounds like carelessness or lack of attention on her part. Get well soon!!
