Sorry about the problems you guys are having. The main issue is file size, as in the jpg or gif image needs to be 150kb or smaller in size for attachments. Try to make the file size 800 by 600 pixels, or 640 by 480 pixels, which should be small enough for the main forum.

Here's a small guide to resizing photos using irfanview, hope it helps ya out:
