I keep mine until they are atleast 12 weeks. Then they are spayed and neutered before they leave. They have to be 12 weeks and 2lbs. to have it done so they stay here until then.

Also, I let my dam lead the weaning process. My litter I have now is 11 weeks old today and has only been weaned for 4 days.
