Does your hubby give you money? If he gives you spending money, use it on the dog! Even if the dog is dieing, when they need to be PTS you still usually have to pay, did your husband not know that when he got the dog?
Also, did you tell your hubby your concerns about your yorkies or child getting whatever he has? Maybe that would make him to this dog to the vet.
Talk to your vet about whats going on, and maybe they can work something out with you financially, or book an appointment and find out the cost of just the office visit..maybe if you already get the appointment your hubby will go with it.
If that all fails, you need to stand up for this dog to your hubby, what if it was one of your yorkies that was sick and he wouldn't give you money to get the proper treatment? Think of what you would do then, and do it! No animal diserves to be suffering like that.
I hope all works out in the end, I know it's gotta be tough for you wanting to get the dog treatment but phsycially not being able to.
