I talked to my cousin Becca today. She said Brodie is doing ok. he is still in ICU because his enzymes skyrocketed (they should be between 200-400 and they are at 3000 which the doctors said is normal after your body has been through trauma) . His foot is not looking good but they aren't sure yet if he will loose it. THey are hoping his foot will heal without causing infection to his leg which can happen and will cause him to loose his leg from the knee down. Becca is very overwhelmed.. netierh of them are working right now (she just quit and just started a new job but being with him is 24/7 right now) he is on short term disability but money is still tight... she said he won't be able to go back to his normal job because even if he doesnt loose his feet they will always be painful for the rest of his life and she is quite nervous that he will just sit around the house feeling sorry for himself instead of finding a job that he CAN do. this is definitly testing their marriage and any prayers you can send her way would be wonderful. She is so strong. I'm going to go up to the Soo this weekend to see her. Thanks again for everything.
