This really isnt about my yorkie babies... in a way it is.. but my husband has 2 dogs that he has had before we got married. They have been outside dogs all of their lives, and they have never ever seen a vet. (not my choice trust me!)... anyway, the one who is about nine years old now, has gotten extremely thin, and he still eats, he is very lethargic, and his eyes have a lot of gooey stuff coming out of them, and the one today looks like it is almost closing! What could that be??? I told my hubby he probably has cancer, but then I dont know about the eye thing. He wont take him to the vet because he doesnt want to spend money on him if he is dieing! Isnt this insane! Okay here is my concern, I have my 2 furbabies inside. They dont come in contact with the sick dog, and they have all their shots, but sometimes my husband would let the sick one come in the back yard (they have a run to themselves) where mine go potty! I'm just really concerned. The we also have a beautiful 2 year old daughter, who I WILL NOT let touch this sick dog, because I dont know what he has!
Do any of you have an opinion on what it may be?
