Remi loved to attack hands, especially my husband's. Now that he is over a year old he seems to be tiring of that game.

One way we approach this behavior is to substitute a toy for our hands. This especially worked if he sits on our laps. The toy did the distracting work for us.
The only time this did not work was when one of us was dressing Remi to go out for his walk. He was so excited he would attack our hands with his little bites and nibbles. My husband and I withdraw our hand and make an exclamation sound like "ahhhhhhh" and Remi would stop. We made this sound every time and now he lifts his legs and paws and practically dresses himself! No more biting! LOL LOL LOL

Hope this helps! Memphis is just acting like a Yorkie pup! He has lots of love to express. He'll stop as you act consistently.

Best regards to you and Memphis.
