I have only let one go earlier. I let one go at ten weeks to a VERY EXPERIENCED yorkie mama and also for the convenience of the new mama's schedulee when she could come and get them. People round here let them go at six weeks old. I just don't understand that at all. I have noticed that the mama'ss really, really start to play and fool with them at around nine to ten weeks. Before that, she was seeing that they were fed. The fun starts when they are weaned completely. My mama dogs don't run and play a whole lot except with their babies. |
