Balance has several different supplements. The only one I like is the K because it is the only one without menadione in it, I believe. This should only be used for medical problems though... If you don't mind the menadione, then the regular BalanceIt is a good option.
Quite a few people here Dr. Pitcairn's Healthy Powder. This recipe can be found in Dr. Pitcairn's book. I'm not really sure that it is something I would use, but you could look into it.
You could consult a nutritionist and ask them what to use.
There is also the option of finding a calcium/phosphorus supplement (like bone meal) and using that and then adding a multi vitamin. The problem with this is you don't know if everything is balanced. Most vitamin supplements for dogs were made to add to kibble that is already full of vitamins, therefore, it isn't nearly concentrated enough for homemade diets.
