I would guess it isn't from the groomer unless they gave her something she wasn't supposed to have. She wouldn't have gotten sick that fast.

Usually throwing up bile happens in the morning. It just means their stomach is empty. Try giving a snack before bed to see if it helps.

Ellie used to throw up every week or two when she was on junk dog food. This is rarely the reason though I would say.

If they are throwing up sporadically and there has been no diet change and it isn't getting any better I would ask your vet.

If a puppy is ever throwing up, it doesn't matter what it is, I would have them to the vet immediately. That wouldn't be the time to take a chance.
