I would think so....but I'm not quite sure. I know that sometimes if JCP is a 2 leveled store like some Dillards and Sears they may have restrictions because you would have to bring the pup all in the store, but you can just call to make sure though....what I do know is they charge double for a pet in regards to the sitting fee
