Glamourdog.com is where i bought mine and as far as the sking goes i don't know for sure but i do know that Max had really dry skin flaking all the time but since i have used petsilk shampoo and conditioner and the liquid silk serum i haven't seen any flakes so who know it could be the petsilk helping his skin but i have only used it for a short while so i cannot say for sure
