Stormy's coat is getting straighter the longer it gets - it is one inch away from the floor at 11 months old. It feels to be a silky coat.
A friend of mine has Stormy's older brother & his coat stayed very wavey jet black.
So it is possible to have a silk coat with waves - i had thought waves meant cottony coat?
I will try to take some pictures of her this weekend - she has clothing on in her recent pictures & can't see her coat.

Waves does not necesarry mean a cottony coat it usually means
in some cases light steel blue or it could be more of a coarse coat.
most of the wavy coats I have seen have been light not the proper steel blue.
