Puppy's have fragile cartilage in their ears that can break down. This could be caused by him scratching at his ears, playfighting with another dog, or from you petting his ears. Often when people try to tape the ears too early they end up doing more harm than good. How old is your puppy? Usually, if the ears are not up by 6 months they will not come up. I recommending taping ears if they are not up by 4 months of age. I had a girl who had one ear tipping and hers came up on her own at 6 month of age. Some people like the floppy look. She is 11 weeks old. I am just worried that it may be broken or something. I do not know.
