I have but I would prefer a puppy from a reputable breeder. Most rescues are ridiculously picky. I've been rejected from rescues for not having a backyard and being under 25. Also I've found that with a puppy it's easier for it to adapt to my lifestyle (a dog that travels well, gets along with other pets, friendly with all types of people, etc.). Thanks for the suggestion though.
