Just received a call, I am almost positive this is the owner, as they knew too much information to not be.
He is actually a silky if this is the owner.
They know his number, and are on their way home to get it and call me back with it.
If this is truly his owner, he is a rescue from a puppy mill.
They just got him in Dec. and have been working very hard to socialize him.
They have not had a chance to register his chip yet.
He had just gotten a bath and got out, and they have been searching everywhere.
