Btw, I did watch a dog on an Animal Planet show just last night get a microchip and it did seem painless actually. The dog never even whimpered or flinched.
I just wonder if the chip can migrate to other areas. It's not imbedded the muscle (thank god because I am sure that would hurt) and just kind of free floating under the skin.

I am a little fearful about the cancer possiblities or other health possibilities..just not sure since the fear of her getting stolen or lost is a just as strong....

Aaaah what is a good mommy to do!!
