I LOVE THAT IDEA!!!!!!!!!! you're a genious!! maybe it should be a sticky at the top to remind them to post there.....? but i LOVE your idea!!!! i always feel so bad when i see a new member then go looking to see if they have a welcome post and there's only like 2 posts.
