I personally think that is way too much for a yorkie whether it is top of the line or not. She could get a very good CH line yorkie, from a reputable breeder for far less. Why not find one for say, $2500 or so and put the other $2500 aside for vet care/emergencies & supplies...just a suggestion. But then again, if she has it like that and saw one she can't live without then that's her perrogative I guess.
