We are going to Aruba in May and I am so excited! My mom is watching my babies though so I don't know the rules on pets. What happened to Natalie there was awful but bad things can happen anywhere. I wouldn't let what happened to poor little Maddie keep me from visiting Portugal either. There are countless stories about Mexico and probably every country. Our little old US isn't exactly crime free either and I'd guess there has been at least one scarey event in all of Canadian history.
