King bedding is hard to find, and what they have on the websites (like BBB, Target) isn't what's in the stores and I do like to feel it first. We have a plain white comforter right now and plain white bed skirt. Unless you buy the set you can't just buy Euro Shams or any of that stuff. It's frustrating because you can buy a queen "bed in a bag" anywhere but Kings are SO expensive. You can buy the comforter separate but not any of the pieces. Just try finding King pillow cases in a "medium" quality. You get 2 with the sheets sometimes, but buying 2 extra is impossible. I had to buy expensive "hotel" sheets like a gazillion thread count to get something that fit well on a thick mattress. If I buy the set that comes with the cute sheets it doesn't fit!
