well i don't know about Aruba.. but we were trying to go to Anguilla (BWI) and we needed to fill in a form that had to be filled out by our vet 6 days before we flew to say that she was healthy and up to day... i got this form on Anugilla's main home page... so try searching the Aruba home page... see what they say about "coming to visit" all else fails email their toursit info.
