Honestly, yes... but I've done it. I think if she takes her time and looks around she will find exactly what she's looking for without paying that much. I found a gorgeous tiny little champion girl for $2,000 from a reputable breeder. I didn't end up getting her because I'm already at my limit with what I can handle right now. They are out there though and for $5,000 she could get more than one
