Yeah, I was quite proud of him for learning the paw trick in a week. I was hoping to teach a full limp, but that didn't work.
Thanks for all the props. I think the voting must have been pretty close. The first-place dog was very good. He didn't do anything spectacular, but he didn't make any mistakes, and he was way cute. Another thing that may have figured into it: Twenty percent of the vote was based on fund-raising. People bought votes for 50 cents each. And the winner was one of the top-5 fundraisers.
