The box that you have to have premission to use is if the Kennel name is registered with AKC.
If not most Show Breeders will fill in their kennel name and may allow you to name the dog from there like mine is Prestigeous
Then you would fill in the rest, then again some will registered the dog with the name they want and then transfer the papers to you.
I have had a person to white out my kennel name and put their own
So I can see why people would register their pups then do the transfer over.
