Usually if they're neutered before they ever start marking, 9 times out of 10 they won't..I have a female that lifts her leg, my biewer never started lifting his and was neutered at 5 1/2 mos. None of the 40 dogs we have in my family lift their legs(males) except the ones my nephew has on his farm, but, they're all intact yet..
