I think it is very responsible for you to have them spayed and neutered before they go to their new homes. I would only buy from a breeder that required their pet pups to be spayed/neutered and sold on limited registration. I'd love to buy a pup that had already been spayed/neutered...one less thing to worry about after bringing the pup home. My youngest persian cat was spayed before i was allowed to bring her home as a kitten...I was very happy that was already done and taken care of.
