Welcome to Yorkie Talk! What a good person you are to take in a stray. Joe is a lucky boy and he sounds very smart. Maybe he killed the bird because he is new and felt unsure at first. If he has had a rough life he might need more time and understanding. Sounds like he has a wonderful forever home now. Probably keep the guinea pig out of his reach for now...hopefully he will realize the GP is part of the pack. Looking forward to seeing more pictures of Joe.
