So, we went to look at our potential new rent house today! The next door neighbor saw us looking around and came over to talk to us.

....she came over because her YORKIE
had run over to us to say hello (there isn't a fence separating the backyards). I had Franklin with me but I couldn't risk letting him down to say hello.... he's still contagious and I don't need him catching anything else. But the lady was just so sweet.. she has 3 dogs, a little yorkie girl, a poodle, and a beautiful border collie. She told me that this neighborhood was a
yorkie neighborhood, and that there were
two other yorkies that lived right across the street.
Only you YTers could understand my excitement.. I was basically jumping with joy. Franklin's going to have so many playmates!
If I didn't want this house before, I definitely want it now.
