Default Illinois Job Laws???

Back in November, I started working at a clothing store in Chicago. I really like my job and my manager has told me that I'm good at it. Well a few days ago, she calls me in for a meeting and tells me that I am being put on a 2 week probation because I don't seem happy while I'm at work. I didn't really think I came off as unhappy, but I'm going to try to act peppier at work. Well then she said, "When we call you to see if you can work for someone else, you hardly ever want to come in." We have this thing at work called "on call" If the regular person calls out, then the on call is required to come in and work that shift. I asked if I was still required to come in even on my day off, if the on call isn't answering the phone. We have alot of people who have two jobs, so instead of being ready for on call, they are at their other jobs. Now if any of that made sense, does she have a right to fire me because I don't come in on my off day??? This is really upsetting me because I really like my job.

I wonder if shes just ganging up on me because I don't like working on my days off, even though I have before. She even had the nerve to complain because I didn't come in on one of my off days because I was home studying for midterms I had the next day.
