 suicide
I lived in a place once that had an amazing amount of suicide (as a matter of fact I grew up with a family that had three family members commit suicide, basically the dad and then the two sons when they were adults). I think a lot of suicide is because of undiognosed mental illness whether it be bipolar or depression. I also think that Satan gets strongholds over certain areas and that is why you will notice some places have such an increased incident. I hope and pray for God to be with these parents and I pray that I never have to go through it myself with my kids. I remember thinking about it as a kid but was always, even in my deepests darkest hour, too chicken to do it! Thank God! |
