At our Petsmart they keep the classes small - no more than 5 dogs. You are in a separate room, however customers can look through the door and windows. I feel we got lucky with a really good trainer. She's been very considerate to Tucker being a small dog. Petsmart does say if you aren't happy with the class, they will move you to another one. I imagine if you were really unhappy you could get a refund. Go check it out. |
