Animal Smiley 036 Tatum needs surgery

Zoe, my little 4lb girl had surgery on 1 of her legs in 04'. You will need to keep her quite for about 6 weeks, and she will never be able to jump any more. That is the hard part for us, keeping her grounded.

Be prepared for loose stools from the medicine and for her lack of appetite. Have some nutrastat handy. Zoe has to be put back on Medicam from time to time for arthritis caused from the surgery.

I would take her to the groomer and have her hair cut as short as possible because I had to put Zoe in the bathtub every day for weeks for physical therapy and she hated the hairdryer twice a day.

Remember, we have to do difficult things to help our little babies.
