Ruby has vomitted yellow foam sometimes in the mornings if she hasn't eaten much the night before and doesn't eat soon enough in the mornings. It always seems to be associated with an empty stomach. I've heard of others doing this too, and was told it is normal.
I hope your baby is okay and doesn't require meds anytime soon. i'm not familiar with heart murmurs in dogs. I know my brother had one as a kid and did grow out of it.....any chance it will not get any worse?
