Hi,
This is actually my first post...I've been reading for a few weeks, decided to register, but haven't had a question til' now. My puppy, Bailey, just turned one. Normally she's very active and loves attention. But for the last week or so, she's been lethargic and has had vomitting with a little diarrhea. It lasted a day or two, then she seemed better, well yesterday it came back? Now she won't eat. I did take her to the vet today, they did blood work and said her protein levels were low, they're doing additional blood work and should know by tomorrow what is going on? They gave her fluids, anti-nausea meds, and antibiotics...Is there anything more I should ask the vet? Everybody here seems so well educated on Yorkie health, so I figured I'd ask what you thought it might be??
Sorry so long....I'm still a new mommy, a little worried...
