It does take two people at first, but it does get better. Just don't give into them. Tinkerbell (Delilah's mother) now just sits still and she counts how many times I go around. She has different ties so I only go around 3 times. After 3 times she gets up and walks off. Brat. They learn from you. Just be patient and persistant and it does work after a while. Don't forget to give him treats after he is done.
