I will be getting my male yorkie puppy next friday. He will be 7 1/2 weeks old then. I have read alot about potty training yorkies but all of them say take them out every 2 hrs. The problem is I have to work and will not be able to be with him every second. We want him to be pee pad trained like our male pug is.

So here is my idea. I bought one of those play yards and intend to put his bed, toys food and water in it along with a pee pad. I have heart to line the entire area with pee pads and decrease them slowly. Should I do this or just put one in there from the get go?

If anyone else has any suggestions on this or ideas plmk thanks.
