The real challenge has begun. I left Gracie sleeping on the sofa yesterday while I cooked dinner. Next thing I knew I heard all heck breaking loose and she and Holly were running around, wrestling, etc. I put Gracie in her ex-pen. She got upset and stood up on her back legs with front legs against the pen walls, crying at me. I then locked her in her crate. The look on that little dog's face! You would think she had lost her best friend being locked up in there. The doctor said no running, stairs, or jumping on her back legs and she has done all three more than once. This will be a long couple of weeks indeed. Her skin is looking much better.
