Well I just got finished giving Tucker and Lexie a good combing. I was able to get his coat a little softer and less stiff. I think he does have a cottony coat because it looks nothing like Lexie's! Her's is soft and shiny and his feels stiff and is very matte. I cleaned his eyes and he didn't have much eye goop. We bathe them both with oatmeal shampoo from Target, but Lexie doesn't smell. That's the weird thing, they both eat the same food, drink the same water, get bathed the same, and still Lexie smells like a normal puppy and Tucker smells like he rolled around in his own urine.
Well the only thing I guess it could be is I didn't blow dry him the last time I bathed him, I just let him dry in my lap wrapped in a towel. I guess that could be it. I hope it goes away!
