I stopped giving ground turkey because I thought it might have skin and fat in it. Turkey skin is a major trigger for pancreatitis. Throwing up is one of the symptoms. I highly doubt that is going on with Izzy because he is only doing it occasionally...
Ellie gets white meat only and oil (canola or olive) added.
She had a round of pancreatitis a few weeks ago and it isn't fun.

If this started as soon as you switched to Dr. Harvey's, there could be something in the mixture making him nauseous. I guess the only way to know for sure is to start eliminating/replacing foods to see what combination he does best on.
