I go to a small shop, 2 girls who run/own it. They are great, super friendly with Alphy and was wonderful with Abby. Being that they are small the aren't taking anymore new clients and always fit me in whenever I call even though they are a few weeks out and I'm guessing I get great service and extra care because I do tip them and well.
I'm always very pleased with how Alphy comes out and I think it's appropriate to show appreciation and again, if you treat them well, they will treat you well.
