I know, years ago, they used to say to do that, but, then when my last niece was born(17 years ago), my sisters pediatrician told her the same thing that I posted..about the alcohol being absorbed through the body, and that wasn't good..I've never done the alcohol bath(my Mom never did either), we've just always taken tylenol to break the fever..
