Honestly ... if he's acting 100% normal now, I'd personally leave the situation be.

If a human child falls, yes we take them in ... but they would do an MRI or CatScan and most vets cannot do this.

They would do a quick neuro exam to make sure systems are functioning as expected and send you home with instructions to keep an eye out for any changes.

When Mogli was a little baby (maybe 4-5 months old), he got clocked in the head with a nylabone. He yelped in pain and the area around his eye got swollen. I was freaking out, but the vet said to keep an eye on it. I wasn't there when it happend, so I was even more freaked out. We kept an eye on it and he was AOK.
